Hello! I’m Joelle Winter. I was raised in Windsor. I graduated from Hair Dynamics in 2004. I have been a hair stylist for 15 years. I specialize in curly hair. I have also done many razor cuts for clients. I love learning about new trends and attending classes to provide those services to my clients. I love to be creative and take my time to pamper my clients. I currently use Matrix and Redken for my coloring services. I also use Olaplex with my color/highlight services. When I’m not doing hair I love spending time with my family, as well as growing my Young Living essential oils and eyelash businesses. I have been at the Windsor Hair Shoppe since 2018.

Hi! I am Lee Ann and I was born and raised in Windsor. I have been in the cosmetology industry since 1998, and I have been lucky to work in my home town that entire time. I have been working at the Windsor Hair Shoppe since we opened in 2012. My favorite part of being at the Windsor Hair Shoppe is being part of such a great team of professionals who inspire me. I also thoroughly enjoy meeting and interacting with an array of people that I am lucky enough to call my customers. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. I was raised in Windsor and went to Hair Dynamics where I earned my Cosmetology license in the summer of 2001. I have taken many classes and still enjoy learning my craft. I love seeing the changes in people after our visit, no matter how large or small that may be. When I am not doing hair, I am enjoying the company of my husband and three daughters.

I always knew I wanted to do hair from a young age, I finally got the chance in high school and started my journey and have been a licensed stylist since 1989. I worked for the same corporation for 30 years, 14 of those years in Windsor behind the chair, I worked my way up from stylist to manager and a few years later to a Design team educator and eventually to a district leader position training and developing 16+ salon leaders/salons. I still love to be in the local beauty schools doing training and education on beauty trends and professional retail.I have always had a passion for hair color, haircuts and styling, I’m excited to be working back full time in Windsor. I have know many of the stylists at the Windsor Hair Shoppe for many years and I’m thrilled to be working with them once again.
